AI Engineer

We are looking for an AI Engineer who can independently design, build, train, and improve AI systems from idea to deployment. The role combines hands-on AI development with practical integration into web applications, so knowledge of Python and experience with frameworks such as Django or similar is important. We also value creativity, product thinking, and the ability to propose new ideas, features, and AI-driven projects that create real business value.

Responsibilities

  • Design, train, test, and improve AI models and AI-driven workflows.
  • Build end-to-end AI solutions, from experimentation to production-ready implementation.
  • Integrate AI capabilities into web applications and internal business systems.
  • Work with Python and web frameworks to connect AI logic with backend services and user-facing products.
  • Research and evaluate new AI tools, models, and practical applications.
  • Collaborate on turning business problems into useful AI-powered solutions.
  • Propose new AI features, product ideas, and innovation opportunities.
  • Optimize model performance, reliability, and scalability in real-world use cases.
  • Document solutions, logic, and implementation approaches clearly.

Requirements

  • Strong practical experience in AI/ML development.
  • Ability to independently create, train, and improve AI models or AI workflows.
  • Good knowledge of Python.
  • Experience with Django or another backend/web framework suitable for AI integration.
  • Understanding of APIs, backend logic, and integration of AI into web applications.
  • Experience working with data, model evaluation, and production-oriented implementation.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Clear communication and structured thinking.
  • Strong sense of ownership and responsibility for delivered solutions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with LLMs, RAG systems, AI agents, or fine-tuning workflows.
  • Experience with vector databases, embeddings, or AI orchestration tools.
  • Knowledge of MLOps, deployment pipelines, or cloud environments.
  • Experience building AI features for SaaS or business software products.
  • Understanding of product strategy and business process optimization.
  • Interest in innovation, experimentation, and new product development.
