B2B Sales & Customer Success Manager — West Coast US

We are looking for a B2B Sales & Customer Success Manager to lead market development and client relationships across the West Coast US. The role combines business development, consultative sales, and long-term customer success for both our custom software services and our internal digital products. We are looking for someone who can open doors, build trust, identify real business needs, and help turn opportunities into long-term client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential B2B clients across the West Coast US.
  • Develop new business opportunities for our custom software services and internal products.
  • Lead consultative sales conversations focused on business needs, operational challenges, and growth opportunities.
  • Present our solutions clearly, including digital products, business systems, AI automation, and custom web platforms.
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline from first contact to closed deal.
  • Maintain relationships with prospects and clients through consistent follow-up and communication.
  • Support onboarding and transition from sales to delivery.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer success and long-term relationship development.
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Provide market feedback, customer insights, and ideas for improving offers, positioning, and product direction.
  • Represent the company professionally and help strengthen our presence in the US market.

Requirements

  • Experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, or customer success.
  • Strong ability to sell consultatively and understand business problems before offering solutions.
  • Experience working with digital products, SaaS, software services, or technology-driven solutions.
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage outreach, and keep momentum across multiple opportunities.
  • Confidence in speaking with business owners, decision-makers, and operational leaders.
  • Good commercial judgment and ability to recognize serious opportunities.
  • Strong sense of ownership, professionalism, and long-term thinking.

Nice to Have

  • Experience selling custom software development services.
  • Experience with CRM, AI automation, digital transformation, or workflow software.
  • Existing network in healthcare, tourism, services, operations, or SMB/SME markets on the West Coast.
  • Experience with remote partnership or market-entry roles.
  • Understanding of customer retention, expansion, and post-sale relationship growth.
  • Interest in innovation, product strategy, and identifying new business opportunities.
