The Challenge

A multi-location aesthetic medicine clinic was running on fragmented tools: scheduling, patient records and communication lived in separate systems. Reception handled inquiries manually, and leadership had no unified view of operations across locations.

What We Built

We designed an integrated clinic management platform with automated patient journeys, multi-location scheduling, digital consultation workflows and treatment-history tracking. An AI omnichannel layer handles inquiries and appointment scheduling across WhatsApp and Instagram, reducing manual reception work. A medical-aware marketing engine supports personalized retention campaigns, and a live analytics dashboard gives leadership a single view of operations across all locations.
