Large indoor events need to manage safety and capacity in real time, monitoring how people move through entry, exit and cloakroom points without slowing down the visitor experience.
What We Built
We delivered a cloud-based occupancy analytics platform using Python and OpenCV computer vision for real-time person detection and counting, with alerts as capacity limits approach. A digital cloakroom module lets visitors reserve and pay via QR codes, removing cash handling and speeding up intake and return. Data aggregates into a live dashboard with heat maps and peak-period analytics to support staffing and safety compliance.
